Every May, Novita turns pink for Rosé Fest — a celebration of everything we love about the season's favorite wine. As the weather warms up, so does our wine list: this is the one time of year we pour nothing but rosé, start to finish.

Here's the experience:

• 7 different rosés to choose from, poured throughout the evening
• Unlimited pasta
• Cured meats & cheese
• An antipasti station to graze all night

It's less a tasting and more a full Italian spread built entirely around rosé — pour after pour, plate after plate, no rushing required.
