Chef's Table Tasting Menu Experiences on Long Island

Seating 8 to 12 guests, the room sits close enough to the kitchen to feel like part of the action, while still remaining a private, dedicated space for your group.

The tasting menu itself changes with the seasons and the kitchen's current focus, giving guests a chance to try dishes and preparations that don't always appear on the standard menu. Paired with selections from our 100-wines-by-the-glass program, it's an experience built for people who want to slow down and actually talk about what they're eating.

The Chef's Room works well for small celebratory groups — milestone birthdays, retirement dinners, or anniversaries — as well as for guests who simply want a more hands-on introduction to what Novità's kitchen and wine program can do together.
