Why We Named Our Private Room the Bardot Room

Every private room needs a name that says something about the space itself, and the Bardot Room is no exception. The name is a nod to Brigitte Bardot — an icon known for effortless European glamour, the kind of confident, unfussy elegance that blends French sensibility with Italian warmth. That mix felt right for a room built to host everything from wedding showers to client lunches.

Located on Novità's lower level, the Bardot Room was designed to feel separate from the main dining room without losing any of the restaurant's character — the same wine program, the same kitchen, just a more private setting. It's become a space for guests who want a room with a bit of personality, not just four walls and a table.

The name has become something of a conversation starter with guests booking the room for the first time — a small detail that hints at the tone we were going for: polished, a little glamorous, and never stiff.
